My Print Shop Is Now Open!

The print Nocturne in Red and Gold, now available in my print shop.

It’s been a long time coming, so I’m very excited to announce the opening of my print shop!

You can find it by clicking on Prints in my main menu, or you can simply click here.

For the moment, I am only announcing the opening on my blog, and there is a good reason for that. I know many of you readers have been coming since the very beginning, way back in 2011!

As a way to say thank you for sticking with me all these years, I’m offering a special discount of 10% off any purchase for the next 7 days, only to you loyal readers. Just use the code BLOGTHANKS10 at checkout. Again, this code will expire at 11:59 pm on November 17, next Sunday.

I’m opening the store with 20 prints, and I will be adding new images 4 times a year starting in January 2020, which is almost here. At the start, I am offering Open Edition prints, which means that these prints are unsigned by me and not numbered. This lets me keep the price quite reasonable, but these prints are still of the highest quality. If you frame them with UV filter glass, you can expect them to last for 100 years.

Although I am based in Japan, I am working with a professional printer based in the United States who will be carefully printing, packing, and shipping your print to you. It took me a long time to find a printer I felt I could work with, and I wanted to find one in the US so I could keep shipping costs lower, even for international customers.

All the prints are organized with tags, so if you click on any of the categories at the top of the Prints page, you will be able to see the prints only of Maiko or Dance Portraits or whichever category you are interested in.

You can purchase your print either with PayPal or by credit card, via Stripe. Please rest assured that I respect your privacy and am collecting as little information as I can about you. You can read my Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms and Conditions by clicking on the respective links in the footer of each page of my site. I know these things are quite boring, but I’ve tried to keep them as clear and short as possible so you know exactly what you can expect from me when you purchase a print.

I believe one of the many things that make geiko and maiko so special is their customer service, and I am going to try to provide the same level of service to anyone who purchases a print from me. As always, if you have any questions, just send me an e-mail and ask! Thank you!
